Gioielleria Gagliardi allows the return for refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product. For orders placed from Italy, you can deliver the return to us by going to the nearest Post Office or requesting the home pick-up from the courier. The pre-paid label will be included in your pack. If it's missing or you lost it, you can ask for a new one by emailing us. The return shipping is free only if the customer use the label provided by us. We'll not refund any other amount due to the use of a different courier. The customer is free to use any another type of shipping, but the costs will be at his own expense.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if he respects these conditions:
- The products must not have been used and all the seals not removed.
- The product has not been personalized. Accepting to customize your products you agree to exclude your purchase from any return e refund as specified in the dedicated paragrapher below.
- The boxes of the products must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches.
- All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
Customized products include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing.

- Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we’ll not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, materially different from what was ordered or presenting a misspelling
