These general conditions of sale regulate the sale of products through the gioelleriagagliardi.com site, owned by the company Brumi srl with registered office in Via Fabio Filzi 33, VAT / Tax Code IT07822200155. The sale of products by third party sellers will be governed by the terms and conditions of sale applicable from time to time. Gioielleria Gagliardi invites the customer / buyer to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale before proceeding with any purchase. By making any purchase, the customer will fully accept these General Conditions of Sale. The sales contracts relating to Gioielleria Gagliardi are considered concluded when the customer receives (by clicking on the "Buy" button) the purchase order made by the customer. The customer, by sending his purchase order electronically, declares to have read and accepted these general terms and conditions and undertakes to observe and respect them in relations with Gioielleria Gagliardi.


CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The customer can freely cancel his order before receiving the shipping confirmation email, provided that the order has not already been prepared for the shipping process. In this case no cost will be charged. In any case, the right of withdrawal remains valid under the terms and conditions set out in the following article. The electronic invoice for an order will be sent to the customer in the shipping confirmation email.


PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed below. Payment by credit card: If the customer intends to pay by credit card, he can use the PayPal payment procedure, suitable for guaranteeing the confidentiality of the data provided by the customers. For any information and further legal agreements, the customer is referred to the website www.paypal.com. The purchased product, together with the relative invoice, will be delivered by courier to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, at the address indicated by him in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS AND RETURN POLICIES

Right of withdrawal
Subject to the exceptions indicated below, the customer has the right to withdraw from the order placed, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which he received the ordered product (or the last product, batch or piece in the case of goods , lots or more pieces delivered separately). Gioielleria Gagliardi can withhold the refund until the returned product has been received. The customer can be held responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods (other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of: - supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery or in the case of supply of products which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods; - supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized; - supply of goods which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly.
Return policies All products purchased on the gioielligagliardi.com site can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are intact, unused or damaged.
